To be registered in the DeSRA 2017 Conference, please follow these steps:

1. Download the CMRE Request for Visit form, fill it with your data and have it signed by your head of department/section/etc. in item number 6 (you are not to sign it yourself).
Security Clearance (if applicable): Item number 7 should be signed and stamped by a security officer certifying your level of NATO Security Clearance given in item number 2. Otherwise, submit a valid NATO Security Clearance.

2. If you plan to attend with an electronic device (laptop, USB drive, etc.), download the Visitors CIS Device Statement, fill it with your data and the data of the device, and sign it. If you plan not to come with any device, no need to fill this document.

3. Send scanned copies of the compiled and signed documents of points 1 (mandatory) and 2 (if applicable) by e-mail to the CMRE Security Office (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and to the DeSRA 2017 Conference Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in Cc.

4. You should receive a confirmation e-mail of your registration.
