Deadline for registration

For security reasons, only registered people will be allowed to enter the CMRE building and participate to the workshop.  The registration deadline is 26 April 2018.

Registration

To register, follow the instructions below (ALL steps must be completed):

1. Download the CMRE Request for Visit form, fill it with your data and have it signed by your head of department/section/etc. in item number 6 (you are not to sign it yourself).
   Security Clearance (if applicable): Item number 7 should be signed and stamped by a security officer certifying your level of NATO Security Clearance given in item number 2. Otherwise, submit a valid NATO Security Clearance.
   
   
2. If you plan to attend with an electronic device (laptop, USB drive, etc.), download the Visitors CIS Device Statement, read it carefully and fill it with your data and the data of the device, and sign it. Please indicate if you request access to the guest internet network. Mobile phones are not permitted in the building.
   
   
3. Send scanned copies of the compiled and signed documents of points 1 (mandatory) and 2 (if applicable) by e-mail to the workshop Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), including a scanned copy of your passport or ID.
